Key personnel, including our Laboratory Director, Quality Assurance Officer, Project Managers, Group Leaders and Senior Analysts have an average tenure of over 12 years with the company. We also understand that communication is the key to a successful project. Our clients are assigned a specific project manager to take care of their needs from initial project scoping and assistance with QAPP generation, to fulfilling bottle requests and verifying sample receipt through addressing technical issues and final report generation.
